A. It’s really very simple. Just register and complete your matching survey.
truebluematch.com will do the rest for you. We’ll search our members to find compatible friends for you. When we find them we’ll post them in MY MATCHES.
Q. What happens after I look at my matches?
A. Then it is up to you! If you decide you would like to contact a match you can click on “email this person.” This will activate truebluematch's internal email system, keeping your personal email private. You can then start up a conversation, make a plan to meet and see where it goes from there!

A. Our site uses reliable security to keep your personal information safe. To check our security status click on the icon below.
Q. What about safety concerns?
A. Your last name and address are not visible to other users. YOU decide when you want to share that information.
We also ask for everyone to meet for the first few times in a public place like the playground, park, children’s museum, bookstore, coffee shop…you get the idea. Just not at someone’s home.

A. You can stop truebluematch.com from making matches by simply deactivating your membership. To deactivate your account, just go to “Basic Information” on the Profile page and check the box that says, “I'm all set.” If at any time you want us to continue finding matches for you just reactivate.
Q. What if I don’t hear back from someone after sending an email?
A. You can certainly try again after a few days. You know how busy life gets; perhaps they just need a reminder. If you still don’t hear back perhaps they may not be interested in meeting a new friend at this time.
Q. If I put my profile in, does it automatically keep checking for matches? Do I get notified if some matches are made?
A. Yes, we’ll keep looking for friends for you until you deactivate the matching. Just keep checking back to see who we’ve found for you. You can deactivate for as long as you’d like and then reactivate as needed.
